Payment Options
Poolesville Family Practice offers many different options for payments. Below are
two ways to pay online. We also accept credit cards, checks and cash in person and by mail. Please
note when paying with cash we do not have change available.
Online Payment available using
Payment through Zelle
Scan QR code using your cell phone's camera. Locate you bank from the list and follow instructions to send money using Zelle.
Please add name and Acct# to Memo line
